Re: New procedures for Customer service visits
Considering the world's current situation, the "Coronavirus", Ferguson Heating and Air Conditioning Co., Inc. has instituted new guidelines for "Customer Service Visits". The purpose of the guidelines are to insure the highest level of health and safety for our customers and for our co-workers. We sincerely hope these guidelines ease your concerns about your family's health and your home. The guidelines are outlined below.
Feel free to give us a call if you have questions and thank you for your business. It is our pleasure to serve you.
Respectfully Yours,
Alan G. Ferguson
We want to keep you, your families and our employees safe and healthy. Provided below are procedures that Ferguson Heating and Air employees will follow for all customer interactions while the Coronavirus remains a risk.
All employees will have their temperature taken before the workday starts. Anyone with a temperature of 99.0° will be sent home.
We will be screening all customers, asking if they feel well before dispatch. If the customer isn't feeling well we will reschedule the appointment.
Thank you for your attention in this matter, we hope this assures everyone that we take you, your family and our work family's health and safety seriously and that we want to help keep everyone well.
