100% PAID MEDICAL INSURANCE

We offer a comprehensive medical insurance plan. Team members are eligible for 100% fully paid medical insurance on the first day of the month following 90 days of employment. All full-time employees’ families have the option of participating in the company medical insurance program.

OPTIONAL SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCE (AFLAC)

Ferguson Heating & Air Conditioning offers optional additional supplemental insurance. These economical group term insurance rates are payroll deducted, based on the insured’s age and coverage amount.

LIFE INSURANCE (UNUM)

Ferguson Heating & Air Conditioning offers up to $50,000 for full-time employees, the company pays 100% after 90 days of employment.

RETIREMENT (SIMPLE IRA) PLAN

Ferguson Heating & Air Conditioning Simple IRA Plan is for Full-time employees who are eligible to participate beginning on the first day following 90 days of employment. Our Simple IRA Plan works a lot like a 401(k) plan. Contributions to the plan are made pre-tax, and the money in the plan accumulates tax-deferred until the money is withdrawn at retirement.

VACATION LEAVE

Ferguson Heating & Air Conditioning is committed to providing opportunities for work and life balance. Vacation time is allotted to employees in the following fashion:

  • 1-2 weeks of paid vacation, per years of service

PAID HOLIDAYS

Ferguson Heating & Air Conditioning offers to full-time employees only, 6 company-wide paid holidays each year.
