Alan Ferguson Elected State Secretary of the Conditioned Air Association of Georgia
May 1st, 2019Through his hard work and commitment to being an industry leader, our president, Alan Ferguson has been named the State Secretary of the Conditioned Air Association of Georgia (CAAG) for 2019-2020. This prestigious accomplishment is a great opportunity to continue influencing the HVAC industry for the better as well as prepare him for the roles of Treasurer, Vice President and President Elect and President of the statewide association if Mr. Ferguson is interested.
What is the CAAG?
The Conditioned Air Association of Georgia (CAAG) is a non-profit trade association which represents contractors engaged in the design, sales, installation, maintenance, service and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) for residential, commercial, industrial and institutional customers across Georgia. Established in 1980, the CAAG has over 1000 active members in 24 local chapters. There is significant diversity represented within the association from large mechanical contractors to local small family-owned businesses. Whether big or small, the members of the CAAG embody professionalism as well as dedication to improvement of the industry for customers and contractors. The goal of CAAG is to promote quality and stringent standards within the industry for the comfort and health of all HVAC customers.
How has Mr. Ferguson been prepared for this role?
Being elected to the role of State Secretary is both an honor and challenge to Mr. Ferguson. He is committed to fulfilling his role with excellence and bringing the HVAC industry to a new level during his term of service. His dedication to the HVAC industry and quality care for customers makes this role a suitable fit. Mr. Ferguson has served on the CAAG’s board for many years and in various capacities in his local chapter, so he is excited and prepared for this new role.
